We welcome those interested in promoting science and
mathematics education to join as Ordinary Members.
Should you want to join
us, please download, print and fill the application form, together with the appropriate amount for the corresponding
membership.
Member benefits
-- has priority in all activities and services arranged by the Association
-- payments, if any, for sales or activities at a membership (lower) rate or FREE
-- may have priority in activities co-organised by the Association with other
organisations
-- receive news directly from the Association about local and foreign Science
and Maths Education FREE
-- be delegate of the Association in some public domain and Conferences, both
local and overseas
Membership Fee
There are three types of membership
fee:

The current membership fee is
HK$150 and membership is valid throughout
the whole school/academic year.
–
Full-time students studying in
tertiary institution
recognized by the Council
may
apply for Associate Membership, and
the charge is only
HK$50.
– The rate for Institute Membership, for any school, organization or institution recognized by the Council, is HK$800.
Application Method
(a) How to submit application form
Please complete and return the application form (pdf version/ MS Word version) together with a cheque payable to ‘The Hong Kong Association for Science and Mathematics Education Ltd’ or ‘HKASME Ltd’. DON'T send the application form via email!!!
(b) How to pay
membership fee
There are several ways to pay the annual membership fee, choose the one most convenient to you:
(I) Cheque
If you choose to pay by cheque, please complete and return the form together with a cheque of an appropriate amount, crossed and payable to ‘HKASME Ltd’.
(II) Direct Transfer
If you choose to pay by direct transfer to our account (via internet banking, at teller machine, or at Hang Seng Bank), please use the following information of HKASME’s account for processing:

After payment please notify us by telephone or by sending the receipt from the bank.

(III) Autopay
If you choose to use autopay, please indicate your choice by ticking the appropriate box. We shall then send you a DIRECT DEBIT AUTHORIZATION form with the necessary information. Please complete the form by filling in your banking information and process it at your banking agency.
