Content Areas:

STEM, science literacy and AI are directives for ALL schools with the current Government Policy, not just for Science and Maths teachers.  How would you or your school plan to use the new subsidy?  Are you and your school running smoothly with the current curriculum – which could be in “integrated” or “dispatched” mode?  All could have good practices to share and / or problems to discuss.

•  STEM has been around us for some years and is publicized in the curriculum (from PRIMARY to Secondary) with more recent financial support in the Government policy papers.  To what stage you and your school have the targeted STEM knowledge and related skills (AI, coding, science literacy,..) been implemented?  How would you shape or re-shape your present school programs for students and teachers?   What are the hurdles?

•  Amongst the official support, have you searched for other supports?  Or, have you tried to apply other fundings for your colleagues and students?   Would you ask for more support… from EDB and / or other organizations?  Would you try to initiate your own developmental ladder in school?

•  As different schools work on different areas and implemented with various models and/or principles, would there be any benchmark systems that STEM teachers could utilize for assessing their progress in  -- shaping their STEM programs?  developing core STEM skills?  assessing students in this broad STEM system?   ==>>  WHAT’S MORE FOR US IN 2019++++????

•  What are your views and/or great ideas about "the possible changes" in this and related area?
