"Example Activities for Students' and Teachers' references in learning the Periodic Table and Elements … "

The new competition: "MyExp_PT for IYPT-2019(HK)" does not just aim at providing a chance for interested or more able students to extend their learning and be engaged in a memorable International Celebration (the IYPT);  it also serves to encourage teachers to use various strategies to enhance students' learning experience.

Other than allowing the students to figure out their own "Experience Package" for the competition;  teachers may help participating students to organize mass activities to enrich their own research and investigating skills.

Other than instructing what students should do, teachers could encourage students to plan their own "Self-Directed Learning" related to the learning of Chemical Science.
